Sounds good and I can see where you're coming from but I think doesn't fully recognise the nature of the market ie it's probably more a cross between a 'Emerging' and 'Frontier' market on that front with a large population of 'Unbanked' and there's high expectation from Government as far as the 'social' obligation of commercial Banks is concerned.
