45% tax on banks is a permanent damage, expecting to change may not be possible
What we expect to see is how much dividend is reduced in the future 1/2 yearly
Hopefully the bank can improve a bit in cash earning before tax due to post Covid better economy, cutting cost and its strong goal. Bank can not increase fee much due to competition from peers
