How often do Govt's not take good advice? Not sure if they have Prima Donnas on board? OR poorly educated? OR what's in it for me when they choose to not take learned advice!
Let's hope none of these are at play with the New Guinea Govt.! Skewering taxation to one segment creates & encourages reaction elsewhere based on the initial activity!
