Apparently I’m not in the top 4% owing to my accountant setting up a couple of trusts and stuff to keep my personal tax under the high threshold while keeping me on the straight and narrow and squeaky clean with the ATO.
My motto has always been to Pay the most tax possible while only paying as much as I am legally obliged to.
I don’t mind donating to a worthy charity, either.
