You’re not talking huge money here. What is it equivalent to? A pint of beer (taxed to the $hithouse anyway) per week. They talk it up like it’s going to make huge drastic increases and bring everything into line again. It needs reform, not tinkering. Their idea of finding problems and throwing our money at it like Julie Inman-Grant is just wasteful, bureaucratic stupidity that we pay for. Another plebiscite?
