So, as a geriatric, are you getting 40K from your super fund or some other source and hence are pissed off that all it is gunna give you is a bit more than a pint a week? I am sure that the average, struggling family would be happy to get an extra 30 odd bucks a week to help. Unlike YOU, they are likely not even thinking about grog - just how to make ends meet!
Maybe you should write to Albo along the following lines:
"My Dear Prime Minister
I am a geriatric making $40,000 a year so all you are giving me is enough in tax cuts to enjoy a pint of beer a week. And I love my grog too.
I should be able to enjoy at least two extra pints of beer so can you make a further amendment to provide people like us the same opportunity as the average wage earner please, pretty please.
