How likely is it that this tax will pass and thus affect AGO's future profits? Is it not possible for AGO to move offshore if this was to eventuate? Surely, even accounting for the cost of moving, miners will find a way to keep their profits. I personally don't think that this tax will pass, at least not in its current form but I'm keen to hear people's interpretation of what this will mean for AGO.
