biggest, I agree...the buy into this technology is a key play.
I don't think new staff at this stage represents a plan to operate galoc independantly. But that's not hugely relevant imo, as they'll have no trouble getting backing if needed.
What the new staff represents is: growth (which gets my thumbs up).
