As stated LWP is in the business of "clipping the ticket" (Selling the tech) as SK quotes. LWP mentioned some basic modifications are required for an existing plant to produce their Fly-ash based proppant. I always felt it was like Coke a cola (proppant maker) adding diet coke to their range. So LWP would supply the IP rights within a current US based operation to produce another product within the US already established.....IMO
So I believe it's more about market share, probably no game changer but who really knows.
