Yeah I'm not sure Hesk why they seem to be having difficulty closing these deals either - Nicks update yesterday via Tony was reffering to 2 deals but then looking back to the July newsletter what happened to these others ? they walked away ?

4 deals at contractual or term-sheet stage 5 months ago & now we're only talking about 2 deals ? - one delayed until the new year & the other put to pharmas investment committe last month.
