An THIS while sure it's not peptide based but regardless ArmaGen Technologies raised $17M start-up financing from Boehringer Ingelheim, Shire & Takeda to advance their technology of slipping proteins via a trojan horse through the blood brain barrier. Yes maybe the milestones aren't as large as phylogicas ? who knows but the point i guess is PYC struggles for cash & to close deals aswell as amping up the BBB in presentations yet is any conglomerate of big pharma jumping up & throwing $17M around to find out ? Hell no - deals with upfronts at less than 10% of that value are taking years to close.
Not really whinging, but, you get the idea.
