you are absolutely right. But the hedging is a rolling instrument. If POG stays stable or even increase then better priced hedgings will come along. For the valuation framework I was asked for it should be a variable but not the most important one unless the hedginginstrument has been wrongle used. For me RRL is one of the most promising AUS-miners for the next two years.
