New Technicals, page-2

Well I dont know about technicals. I look at it but it has never played a crucial rol in my decisiontaking. I am an economist and look 1 to 1,5 yrs ahead. The economic cycle has been propped up by central banks around the world for many years now. I dont know where this will end. I know one thing. When it ends, it will not end well. There is too much money slossing around in the world and there has been an enormous price inflation (yes there is inflation, only the definition of many CPI"s dont cover this kind of inflation.Take a look at the prices of houses, vintage cars/watches, whiskys and also equities and bonds. The created money by centralbanks has to go somewhere). So it is obvious that some part of my investmentportfolio has to be physical gold and or goldminers. That is where RRL comes in. I like the size of the company, the balancesheet, the costprice of the gold, the LOM,the reserves etc. But especially I like the dividend. Almost 4%. Incredibly high for a arrived goldminer. So to be honest, with my 1 and 1,5 yrs look at where the worldeconomy is heading, I can only smile at a pricedrop of RRL in the last months (almost $6 in july of this year). I have taken advantage of the price drop and bought and will buy some more. It is too attractive for me and the technicals, well we will see.
