While you focus on the technology and watch the price continue to fall, I will wait for some decent contracts, and get in on some financially viable news. We'll see who ends up in front.
Sorry to sound harsh, but I just don't see the point in tying up money for years, while awaiting decisions to be made. The technology can be great but if no-one wants it (for whatever reason, political or other), then I can't see investors laughing it off while they make losses.
I did some reearch on shareprice of emerging 'green' technologies and they seem to have been hit hard of late. Sentiment appears to be currently against them. Plenty of time to get in when fortunes change.
