From an investors perspective market price & liquidity is ALL that counts. The world of valuations based upon technologies & their POTENTIAL market share disappeared nearly 3 years ago.
Past performance, financial risk, CASHFLOW, stability of earnings, & sustainable sales growth, are the indicators of financial health & management performance that the market at large is looking for. You satisfy this ONLY when contracts are being brought through the front door (obviously based upon developed technologies & established sales & marketing channels).
After 3 years the market perceives that the above conditions have NOT been met yet by VTI & the share price reflects it!
