ok. now there is a dr in perth, a dr o'niel. he has developed a reolutionary slow release plastic insert that he uses in the application of the drug, naltrexone. his is a clinic for drug addicts, and is world famous for his revolutionary new drug treatment tech. dr o'niel has been offered my millions for his invention. but wont sell it as he wants to help drug addicts and believes if big companies get the tech, it will become out of reach for drug addicts....
his technique is applicable for diabetics, or anyone whom takes tablets or needles every day. its an injectable sleeve of tablets coated in a slow release gel or plastic, something like life savers but about as round as a pen and about 2" long. the potential for his tech is huge. it is what psd is trying to achieve....when they do,....guess where psd is located???? perth..........
