Funds are governed by rule sets, faith doesn't come into it if the rule set isn't being met. For example, it may be a prerequisite that a stock must rank within a particular index...if it falls outside of that parameter, it gets culled.
We have a significant Arbitration case afoot, with potential to move the dial massively from the present low SP. No one is claiming to know the outcome. The outcome will be, what it will be...nothing to sugar coat yet nor anything to be gloomy about as we head ever closer to a much anticipated arbitration conclusion.
