First it needs to be ascertained what was the identiity of the murderers...If they were Turks.....(highly likely, since they are also muslims-fortunately not as fanatic), then the Turks themselves will have to provide answers....
In any case, let's hope Turkey will now send troops, as you implied, to Iraq......
