Well I agree it's not recommended to "pin one's hopes on" battery commercialisation in this case.
But at least there is no TGA minefield to negotiate....just potential customers. A different set of hurdles to be overcome but hurdles nonetheless. I just hope that ADO BOD employs a PROFESSIONAL NEGOTIATOR or else they're likely to be taken to the cleaners (as I suspect they have been with Ellume).
