Nor is being stupid either sadly. He might be an embarassment to Labor (ala Baranaby) but it is not enough for Gillard to do anything. He could drop his pants in parliament, but unless he gets a year in jail ... he's entrenched... such is the beauty of the system that dictates who runs this country.
