to this post earlier and other posts, no they dont, and also with the polarization of software around geo-political lines, it will not be possible to sell a product developed in China or where Chinese developers have worked to any 5 Eyes or aligned country. This is probably why .net have gone with Pakistan as a new partner. Its interesting that no one seems to focus on the key issue, software probity, where and who has worked on the product, what standards have been met, etc This is very common with a start up, however in the security space the scrutiny now being applied to products is much more significant specially after the Solar Winds issues in the US.
Unless the software passes tests with the signals directorate in Australia it will not be able to be used in Australian regulated telecoms networks and am pretty sure enterprises will also have concerns. Regardless of all the fluff from people on this forum who want to deny the truth
