The piggyback rule/exemption will allow Benitec to be traded on a more reputable OTC board; there will be more market makers, a better spread between bid-offer. I hear it will also quote as BLT in line with the ASX, instead of the current BNIKF

At the rate it's going, it is possible it might list on Nasdaq by year end, one of the rules for listing on it is a price of at least $4
