lovbig, I think your analysis is spot on. I would also add that the recent upward correction to 3rd qrt GDP was mainly due to higher inventories and lower imports so the US economy is tanking and this last kick in oil prices will resume stagflation talk ie low growth, high inflation. Tonights ISM report in the US is important. I cannot see the US markets continuing in an uptrend for long.
