Look at how quickly the reverse takeover is happening with SRT they're smashing it out in 2 months, whereas VTX was 6 months, and they were abit behind on those indicative timelines also. Think about it people, why would they be rushing this.
My theory is, they'll want to get this wrapped up before 30 June 2016, end of financial year as they must be on track to get some of those performance shares, otherwise they'll have another whole year of receiving nothing for their company.
