The joys of being a public company.....big difference in expectation from being a struggling start up with no meaningful revenues. Over 3000 beady eyes watching management's every move now, stalking their LinkedIn profiles, doing company searches ect etc.
Perceived value does not look good, they didn't tell a good story about the FinTech part of the business.....where is the disruption?
Outsourcing is not very exciting, in fact some Tier 1 companies are bringing work back inhouse due to Aussie dollar weakness.
The obligatory company presentation is needed asap - hopefully authored by a marketer not a legal counsel or the finance gurus.
