I think its fair to say that DD is a formality. They have taken a long time to do this deal and you would think that alot of the DD has already been done. The DD time frame is quite short compared to most acquisitions. Which would indicate that they want to get things moving as fast as possible. Listing a DD time period any shorter than what has been stipulated may have raised some eyebrows given the share price appreciation and market cap size over the last few months. ie insiders buying in... but im pretty sure this never happens as the asx is heavily regulated

Chart says we want to go and test 1.6. I hope not. But technically it has broken support on the lowest volume day since acquisition announcement. An announcement would be very timely on Monday.
