    I agree with you also, but I guess the fear is that there is no set of controls that is present in most companies. Most transactions and banking goes through a number of people, departments. These checks insure that everything is controlled. SBB does not appear to have these checks, so this brings fear and uncertainty. Again one of the risk issues that holders have, not totally unjust.
