Menza I agree with most of what your saying but for the him taking the 30m and running. That to me has never been a real possibility - the problem is as has been said to death is everything hinges on whats running through one man's head and what he wants to do (or not to do).
There is no way to bring him to heel except by sp pressure which looks to be getting better market communication happening but still has a long way to go.
2016 onwards is the time to look at this again (unless something good or bad comes out of left field).
To much uncertainty for this year with more spending and his shares coming out of escrow but 2016 maybe the year (hopefully).
