what you are suggesting/raisng, has the implication of several of those institutions working together to smash the sp in Oz first, before buying into the nasdaq -- and I just don't see that amount of organisation being easily co-ordinated - and it does sound a little too conspiratorial as well --- if we just look at prevailing international conditions, that alone explains the pressures the sp is under here, like so many other aussie stocks -- with europe such a basket case at the moment, it's not just PRR but every stock everywhere feeling the pressure

those institutions have a responsibility to generate value for their customers - when PRR releases more positive data, then they like you, will feel more pressure to buy - the more the buying pressure, the better the SP - it's that simple

results result in a good share price
