the sp was 7.8 cents in aug 13, we have moved ahead, yes dilution has occurred and debts have increased some one posted in the last 6 months of a similar company in production, iron ore with sp of 5 cent. I can not say 10 cents is categorically out of the question. Admittedly the mc would have to be 200 million$.

Remember the last round of trading halts, a disaster 21 days of utter turmoil. Maybe the financials may be delayed not due to incompetence but delays in information being able to be produced. Pure speculation and wishing thinking on my behalf.
