I too have puzzled over 20MORC030.

I plotted all the holes this year on my own map which I can view on Google Earth.
When double checking my data, I noticed that RC holes 13 + 30 and RC 12 + 38 were showing the same easting and northings.
It appears that 13 + 30 were twin holes as were 12 + 38.
Whilst 38 replicated the good results from 12, 30 was unable to replicate the results from 13.

The devil may be in the detail of the appendices:

@Blue swims suggested also that the hole may have deviated off-course.
Not sure what may have happened but i'm with you. Given 13 returned significant results, I am surprised 30 didn't.
