OK thanks for that info, with holes 13 and 30 sharing the same collar eating and nothing this means the are the same drill pad, it just means that the drill pad cleared to drill hole 13 was used again later on to drill hole 30 with the rig set up at the beginning of hole 30 was 10 degrees steeper to test further down dip. This is not uncommon, were the azimuth of hole 13 and holes in the 30 similar at setup?

I still suspect that hole 30 maybe didn't go far enough, or had down hole problems or maybe hit a lot of water that affected the sample quality and loss of samples in the ore zone or as Blueswims might have suggested, maybe the trajectory of hole 30 deviated strongly and downhole surveys were mag affected or unreliable? Either that or there is a definite discrete barren zone in this reasonably regular and predictable high grade lode.

A vertical cross section cut through holes 13 & 30 might help. As would sample and geology logs in holes 13 and 30.
