Sorry - so the leads APT usually talks about are where end-customers click through the APT website and arrive at a retailer website. The dot point you quoted is talking about referrals of new merchant clients hosted by Wix to Afterpay. There hasn't been any publicly announced agreement where Afterpay promises a certain referral volume back out.
Referrals of customer -> merchant is definitely a core value proposition of Afterpay's business though, agree with you there.
