its a refurbished well, and needs to be taken through the drill a bit slower, its a safety issue, and a need to make sure they have no complications or blowouts. They obviously expect a massive gas kick, and everything has to be tested to ensure they can hold it out. all costs not directed to the JVP's.

i expect a way higher drill bit speed from now on.

the well is definately the lowest risk venture of all current wells. and the low risk well makes it a better than average chance in texas.
