    what does it matter even if MMX does get refinancing?

    RCF have lost a bundle to MMX so far, and have no direct means to recover monies owed to them.

    All refinancing will do is to keep these crooks in a job for longer. Shareholders lose, Financiers lose... Company employees win. Who's stupid enough to agree to that?
