The fact they JV needed the advance in the first place seems to raise a red flag. The next question is how much did this advance option cost them ? Why would potential buyers put up money before recieving cargo my bet a discouted oil price. The point i was trying to make is this isnt standard practise you have to read between the lines as to why this has been done as the company is not forthcoming
