I agree, but that's how I sell it to the family as they love the place and it would possibly be an easier route to cutting the red tape in such a move.
The amount of agricultural land out there is breathtaking and where we stay in south west Florida it appears to be cattle ranches that dominate rather than the orange groves that you tend to see further up north.
