new to centro - need help please

Hi Guys,

I have a question and I am sure most of you will see as a very basic question. But I am new to Centro and need to know the difference between CER and CNP.

CNP became the talk of the town when it slid non-stop from $10 to a few cents....that was the Centro I knew....what is the difference (or similarity) between CNP & CER? Both look from the same stable to an outsider like me.

If I were to invest a small amount, which one of these Centros should it be? I will do my research but I am a bit confused at the these two Centros.

All help would be great nd highly appreciated. Please direct me to some old announcements that I should carefully study from both of these companies if you could...thanks in advance...
