go to the blockchain website and create a wallet (blockchain.info)
Find a local cafe that has a BTC ATM that you can deposit $200.
You will need to either print or take a photo of the wallets QR code you created from the blockchain for the ATM.
Just remember $200 may only give you $120 worth of btc due to conversion
