hey @Tw23456 looking above at Readonly99’s post, the risked resource is 14 trillion feet, you need to look at what that resource would sell for in a buy out situation, which is what EXR have said they are aiming for.
Reading throughout these threads I saw somewhere that 1 Tcf goes for maybe USD$500million in these takeover situations, so potential value if resource amounts are de-risked and proved up could be USD $7billion. At ~1billion shares issue, that could be ~$7/share. Somewhere in that ballpark anyways.
So that’s kinda where I would start to looking to see if it’s worth it to you now. At least that’s my reasoning for holding and buying more at the moment. Do what you will after your own research but.
