If you haven't this Crux interview from November 2023 (not sure EXR published it themselves) or would like a further reminder of why Neil and Co decided to purchase the Grandis project, I definitely reckon it's worth a watch
The company and management are far from perfect but you can not fault their vision, understanding and experience in this sector
Interviews like this leave me in no doubt that EXR are focused on a big pay day, whether they can pull it off or not remains to be seen
