Very interesting certainly as far as sovereign risk goes for EXR. I have spent a fair bit of time in China and in the border reigions to the west of Mongolia's border and this showed a slant I had not considered to this extent. Thanks for this post.
Simply put I think NY and RC have an in and out MO with EXR and given NY's prior time in Mongolia he will be in a good position to assess that in TO terms.
A champion BOD and a champion company.................... just hold and let it happen IMO.
