I have seen an option trading well below the exercised price IFE Option. I think the exercised price was about 70-75C and there was millions of options selling around 0.01C eventhough the SP was above 75C.
Why ? The seller was holding too much option and did not have enough fund to convert and had to sell them at bargain price.. Anyway the SP dropped well below the exercised price later ..
