Response to ASX querry

The Company is not aware of any information that has not been
announced to the market, which if known, would provide an explanation
for recent trading in the securities of the Company.

I can only refer to the recent ASX Announcement of 26 July 2002,
which noted inter alia that certain initiatives were in progress with
a global education organization and discussions are progressing with
two International software businesses for either corroborative work
on software or exploring distribution opportunities. While
discussions are progressing, the current status of this announcement
remains unchanged and nothing has eventuated that would require a
further update. As you would expect we are in constant discussion or
negotiation with a range of commercial parties but again nothing has
reached a stage that would require any announcement.
