Property is a long term investment and my 8% is the average over the past 10yrs. There are a few agencies that monitor the change in median price over 10,5 and 1 years.
For your information I have added two properties to my portfolio this financial year and hope to add at least two more before next June. You see your theory does not stand up against my reality.
