Have you also gone to your individual shareholdings' share registry to opt for email communications for things like Dividend Notices, Annual Reports and Shareholding Meeting notices etc.?These are not handled by your trading platform. Both your trading platform and companies prefer email I am sure. Keep looking for the email preference buttons.
