    Key comments:

    Seven network taking a $26M placement in direct competitor Engin is a strong endorsement in the VOIP industry future in Aust.

    ENG & FRE have similar market caps & enterprise values but FRe is more compelling investment opportunity due to UK business in addition to Aust and lower cost of customer aquisition.


    Recent share price weakness attributed to impatience on the part of investors.
