All I can add is that if HSBC (Global, Johnson, Tarkanyi) are selling down and out, then Smyth is probably no longer the flavour of hte month, and they perhaps can't see any way forward with CVI.
I'm afraid enough signs and warnings have been given, and it's up to everyone holding to work it out.
