Checked the ann, Yes chesa is getting cashed up. I was more concerned about the conditions around the promisary note than whether it would be paid or not, more like what if any interest they recieve and when this note would be paid out etc..... It is very likely that the reason that the buy back has stopped and that the new aquisition is taking so long to complete is because the note will not be cashed till a certain date. I and other shareholders became frustrated that the information of conditions of this note were not released, in fact we were all lead to believe that the cash was in the bank at completion of the deal till the quarterly said otherwise.
