Actually nobull it occurs to me that Lundin is probably not the buyer of Rob's shares on market. The reason being that they were at 19.9% of the company and 20% is the takeover threshold at which they would have to announce intent which they have not.
Lundin have the right to participate in all issues to maintain their equity position. Whilst there has been an increase in total shares due to those issued to directors in lieu of fees etc, I don't think that is sufficient to have raised total shares to the point where an extra 25 mill shares for Lundin would still see them below 20%. Haven't done the sums though, just initial reaction.
